I am the founder of Essential Balance Holistic Health Services, a holistic-based wellness company offering expertise to individuals and corporations in nutrition, health, exercise and lifestyle changes. I am trained in iridology, allergy recognition and elimination, biofeedback analysis, emotional freedom techniques, cancer coaching and nutrition.

As a competitive athlete, my passion for nutrition was sparked when searching out the best nutrition regime for myself over 20 years ago.  Through diligent training and adherence to a strict nutrition plan, I have represented Canada at international martial arts competitions; I am an all-around Canadian champion and an international gold medallist. 

I have been working in the field of nutrition since 2005.  I offer nutrition sessions to corporate clients and work with individual clients.  I work with some of Canada’s Olympic and nationally-ranked athletes, tailoring their individual nutritional plans for their advanced sport performance needs.  As well, I take a special interest in cancer clients, addressing their unique physical, emotional and lifestyle issues.
