“Southbrook sits lightly on the land.”  Southbrook’s harmonious relationship to the land is passionately expressed in every part of its operation, and is most obvious in its LEED Gold hospitality pavilion designed to celebrate the vineyard that surrounds it. What may be less visible to the eye, but is most intrinsically at the heart of Southbrook’s philosophy, is the organic- and biodynamic-certified vineyard. We are proud to have recently released Canada’s first certified biodynamic wine.
