ProtoClear is an excellent detox product as well as it makes a great base for a shake.
I orignally used it as a detox and follow the detox program for the three weeks as the company recommended.
I felt so great that I did not want to stop taking it so now I use it most morning but I have added to to it.
Since it has 25 mg of rice protein, and a number of vitamins and minerals, I have only added some magnesium
powder, maca and a sea vegetable powder. This helps make up for a few things I do not feel I am getting
in my diet daily and gives a quick easy start to the day which I need. It leaves me feeling satisfied for 2-3
hours until I can eat something else.
