“We believe…everyone is unique…everyone has a special set of talents and skills…everyone in some unique way wants to make a difference on planet Earth.”

(Mission statement of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition)

In 2002, my life was changed dramatically by a car accident. My health and well being were profoundly affected and I was left with long term health problems including the chronic pain and fatigue of Fibromyalgia. A deep faith in God and a desire for healing led me to investigate natural nutrition and complementary therapies. The nutritional and lifestyle changes I have implemented in my own life over the past six years give me the freedom to live well without medication and to manage pain and fatigue on an ongoing basis.

I have a genuine passion for helping you on your journey toward optimal health and well being.  My practice focuses on disease prevention and the management of health issues. Orthomolecular nutrition takes into consideration that nutrient requirements vary and that each individual has a unique need for proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and micronutrients.

My desire is to teach you about the wonderful benefits of optimal nutrition by taking a natural approach to addressing your personal nutritional and lifestyle needs.  I believe that maintaining good health is a personal choice and responsibility and that good nutrition plays a key role in strengthening your own immunity and improving your overall health.

As a RECP I am trained in providing specialty care for the elderly including assessing their nutritional needs, offering grief and death counseling, companionship and being a medical advocate. These services are offered with care and compassion, and in keeping with your individual needs.

I invite you to call to arrange your private consultation and allow me to guide you on your journey toward optimal health and well being.

“Remember that patience with yourself, and consistency, brings healthy rewards!”
