Audrey is an RHN, and graduated from CSNN with a Certificate of Distinguished Merit.  She is also a CCP (Certified Coach Practitioner), PO (Professional Organizer), and has a BA in Psychology.  In addition to her formal training, Audrey has discovered the value of a whole foods diet and active lifestyle as a result of her own journey through obesity and depression.  It has truly been a lifetime of learning, and she is now dedicated to assisting others who want to take control of their health, and their appetites, get off the processed food, convenience and fast foods, and quick-fix gimmicks, and are ready to develop a new relationship with food and their bodies.  Through her education, experience with clients, and her own personal journey, Audrey has developed an approach with clients that, while empathic and intuitive, is also no-nonsense.  Her belief is that she will do you no service if she "sugar-coats" what she has to tell you... afterall, sugar is empty calories and a sugar-coated message is just an empty promise.  Audrey can also relate to those who have a busy lifestyle, who don't have the time, or perhaps don't really enjoy cooking.... either does she!  And so, while we all have to make time for food shopping and preparation, Audrey finds ways to keep this to a minimum. When working with Audrey, you can expect to get an understanding partner, and a practical, goal-inspired coach!  www.springrenual.ca

Hi Audrey,

I just have to tell you how ecstatic I am with this new eating regime you have introduced me to.  For the first time in my life I am losing weight consistently, month after month, even without having yet added your recommendations for exercise. My energy levels have really picked up and I’m actually looking forward to weighing in, each month. I will definitely be recommending your work to all my friends. -Gini, 57

I was feeling sluggish, tired and low energy all the time.   After my evaluation with Audrey and her nutrition plan I feel like the old me and I am only less than half way through the recommended time period.   She has always been available for questions and any concerns I have had.  I recommend her to anyone who wants to look and feel better. -Caprice, 37
