Job Posting: Immediate Opportunity

We are looking for 2 nutritionists to be our 1st point of contact and care for our upscale clientele. The 2 receptionist positions are Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Saturday, 25 hours each and may lead to full time including nutritional consulting once trained in our methodologies.

These are important front line positions and the right people will reflect the quality, efficiency, care and professionalism of our wellness centre so the ideal candidates must have:

 exceptional spoken & written English communication skills

• (French is an asset)

• professional appearance, manners and etiquette

• an upbeat, outgoing, friendly disposition and love working with people

• competence using computers

• a need for organization with meticulous attention to detail

• a need for accuracy and consistency

• strong moral ethics, be punctual and trustworthy

• post-secondary nutritionist training & interest in natural health services

Duties include client check-ins/outs, point of sale, filing, maintaining a busy computerized calendar, client program follow-ups, phones, email and related duties.

Previous experience in a health spa, spa, clinic, dental/medical office or similar is recommended.

Hours: 25/Week for each position, additional hours possible
