April is the founder of Holistic Family Care. She graduated as a RHN – Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is also a Certified Doula receiving her certificate from the Aviva Institute for Midwifery and Maternal-Child Health. She has lived abroad for seven years and is currently living in Munich.

April can offer whole food diet regimes and supplementation programs to help create a healthy intestinal tract, a well functioning immune system, maximum energy levels and overall physical and emotional health. She also does menu planning, pregnancy diet regime and foods and herbs recommended for common aliments in pregnancy.

She specializes in children´s health and can provide nutritional and lifestyle changes to help alleviate problems associated with allergies, acnes, ADD, menstrual pain, digestive problems and many more. She also offers detail menu plans to help feed the pickiest eaters to ensure they get what they need to build a healthy immune system and a strong body.

Jen Martin nutrition consulting services provide the knowledge, skills and tools needed for a healthy diet. Jen works with her clients to understand their lifestyle, food preferences, family considerations, and health history and goals in effort to recommend the most appropriate dietary solution. Jen’s approach toward change is to work with clients at their own pace and to work within her clients lifestyle boundaries. For instance, if a client prefers to dine out regularly, Jen will work with that client to determine healthy dining options including specific dishes at their favorite restaurants. Jen also works with clients in their own kitchen, professional kitchens and grocery stores.
